In fact, a recent survey showed that nearly 40% of underwriters value the speed AI brings to decision-making, while about 35% appreciate its ability to use medical and third-party data more effectively. And with forecasts suggesting that AI could help grow US individual life premiums by about 11% by 2030 (from $19.1B to $21.2B), it\u2019s clear that our industry is expanding, not shrinking. Most insurers are focusing on redeploying their teams toward higher-value work, rather than cutting jobs.
